Broccoli with Spaguetti Tahini




Ingredientes / Ingredients

Una pieza de Brocoli / A piece of Broccoli
Cuatro zanahorias / Four carrots
250 gr de Spagueti / 250 gr Spaguetti
Cuatro cucharadas de aceite / Four spoonful of olive oil
Una cebolla picada / A big chopped onion
50 gr de Pasas / 50 gr Raisins
Salsa Tahini / Tahini Sauce
Nata líquida / Cream
Vino blanco / White Wine
Sal / Salt
Pimienta negra / Black pepper
Miel / Honey

Cooked Broccoli for about 10 minutes
Carrot strip
Spaguetti just right

Salsa Tahini  / Tahini Sauce

Stir-fry the chopped onion and the raisins with the four spoonful of olive oil.
Add ½ glass of white wine, ½ of bottle of Tahini sauce and ¼ of Cream
Stir everything together and add salt, black pepper and two spoonful of honey.

How to make the plate.

Put in four or five broccoli tree on the plate and close to them the carrot strip.
Now add the spaguetti besides the broccoli and the carrots.
Finally add four spoonful of Tahini Sauce on the Spaguetti.

Enjoy it with a glass of red wine, (Priorat).

Spaguettis with Xerry



Ingredientes / Ingredients

250 gr de Spaguettis / 250 gr Spaguetti
Aceite de Oliva / Olive Oil
Una cebolla grande / A chopped big onion
Brotes de setas / Mushroom sprouts
Pasas / Raisins
Alcaparras / Capers
Salt / Salt
Pimienta Negra / Black pepper
Azucar Moreno / Brown sugar
Nata líquida / Cream
Vino Blanco / White wine
Cogñac / Xerry
Orégano / Oregano
Queso rallado Grana Padano / Grated Grana Padano cheese

Cooked spaguetti just right
Add four spoonful of olive oil and one chopped big onion
Put in the Mushroom sprouts and stir it.
Then add salt, black pepper, brown sugar and stir it for about one minute.
Now add cream and half glass of white wine and half glass of Xerry.
Finally stir it again till to get a uniform sauce.

How to make the dish.
Put in the spaguettis on the plate and add at the top the sauce.
Finally around the sauce add Oregano and the grated Grana Pagano cheese.

Recipe finished and ready to eat.
Enjoy and be happy.

Sorry about no to put the exacts portions, but in my opinion to cook is something creative and everyone should find his/her own creativity in life.
