400 gr garbanzos / 400 gr of cooked and peeled chickpes
50 gr picadillo de ajo y perejil / Chopped
garlic and parsley
2 Limones esprimidos / 2 squeeded lemon
Un vaso pequeño de agua / Small glass of
water
Un vaso pequeño de aceite de oliva / Small
glass of olive oil
100 gr salsa Tahini / 100 gr Tahini Sauce
Cuchara de Sal / Spoonful of Salt
Cucharada de Pimienta Negra / Spoonful of
Black Pepper
Cucharada de Comino / Spoonful of Cumin
Cucharada de Orégano / Spoonful of Oregano
Pimiento rojo asado / Roasted Pepper red
Zanahoria rayada / Grated Carrot
5 Hojas de Berro / 5 leaves of watercress
A very easy recipe but really very important to get a good flavor with the right
quantities. Try to get it repeating the recipe several times.
Put all the ingredients in a pan, except
the roasted pepper red, grated carrot and 5 leaves of watercress.
Mash all the ingredients till to get a
uniform Humus cream to spread.
Now put the ½ roasted pepper red on a
plate.
Place the Humus’ flan on the roasted pepper
red.
Add besides the Humus’ flan the grated
carrot and 5 leaves of watercress.
Voila, finished recipe.
Enjoy it.
PDT. You can spread the Humus on a slice of
toast.
