200 gr champiñon laminado / 200 gr
laminated white mushroom
pimiento rojo asado / roasted pepper red
queso de cabra / goat cheese
50 gr de tiras de zanahoria / 50 gr Strips

4 o 5 hojas de berro / 4 or 5 leaves of watercress

Stir-fry the laminated white mushroom for
two minutes with two spoonful of olive oil.
Add half glass of white wine and leave it
for other two minutes. Stir it.
Now add a spoonful of salt, black pepper,
half glass of cream and four spoonful of brown sugar.
You have with the white mushroom the most
important ingredient of the recipe.
Put now in the middle of the plate the
white mushroom and around this the roasted pepper red, strips of carrot, 4 or 5
leaves of watercress and to finish a piece of goat cheese at the top of the
roasted pepper red.
