Pasta Farfalle with mushroom’s sauce



Ingredients :

Pasta Farfalle / Farfalle Pasta
Cebolla / Onions
Setas / Mushroom
Picadillo de ajo y perejil / Chopped garlic and parsley
Nuez picada / Chopped Walnuts
Vino blanco / White Vine
Azucar Moreno / Brown Sugar
Nata líquida / Cream
Queso de cabra / Goat Cheese
Salsa tártara / Tartar Sauce
Pasas / Raisins
Alcaparras / Capers
Queso rayada pagano / Grated Pagano Cheese
Orégano / Oregano


Sauce :
Fry lightly the chopped onion and when it is soft add the chopped garlic and parsley. 
Stir everything together and add the chopped mushroom.
Next add a spoonful of salt and black pepper.
When the mushroom has thrown out the water pour white vine, brown sugar and stir it again.
Next add cream, ½ jar of tartar sauce, a piece of goat cheese and handful of raisins.
Stir until all the ingredients make up a liquid sauce.

The cooked pasta should be stir with a bit of salt and black pepper.

Ready, you have got it, now surprise to you friends.
